Q: What is Mobile Ordering?
A: Mobile Ordering is the quick and easy way to order your favorite Cinemark concessions ahead of time at cinemark.com or in our app.
Q:How do I order food & drink online?
A:After selecting your tickets at a participating theatre, you’ll be given the option to add food and drink items to your order.After you make your selections, they will be added to your total purchase.
When checking out, you can choose to either pick up your items at the dedicated Guest Pickup area in the concessions area or have your items delivered to your seat for a $2delivery charge.
Q: How do I get my food & drink items that I ordered online?
A:If you chose Guest Pickup, head straight to the dedicated Guest Pickup area in the concessions area. Proceed to the rack and match the guest pickup number with the number that’s printed on the bag sticker to get your items.
If you chose delivery, your items will be delivered directly to your seat during the delivery window shown on your order confirmation. Be sure to be at your seat during the delivery window so you can receive your items. If you arrive late, our server will leave a printed card at your seat, which you can take to the concessions area to get your order.Q:Does my theatre offer Mobile Ordering online concessions ordering?

Q:Are all food and drink items available to order online?
A: Many of our most popular concessions items are available at this time. More of your favorites will be added in the future, so keep checking back.
Q:What is the Concessions Delivery Charge?
A: Our seat delivery option allows you to completely skip the concession stand and have your concessions delivered right to your seat when you arrive.
In order to provide this personalized delivery service, a minimaldelivery charge of $2 is charged per order when that option is selected.
Q:Do I need to tip if I choose delivery?
A: No, tipping is not required or accepted.
Q:Can I order items while I’m at the theatre?
A: At this time, online ordering for food and drink is only available while purchasing your tickets. If you have not yet purchased tickets, you may purchase tickets and add food and drink items to your online order. Note, delivery may not be available for ticket purchases close to showtime to ensure our team members have time to prepare and deliver all orders. You can show your QR code at the online pick-up counter to get your items.
Q:What if I’m late to my movie and placed a food and drink order?
A: For Guest Pickup, you can head straight to the designated Guest Pickup area to get your items.
For delivery, if you arrive to your seat after the delivery window, there will be a card on your seat letting you know we attempted to deliver your order. Simply take the card to the concessions area to get your items.
Q:How can I change my food and drink order?
A: At this time, modifying an existing order is not possible. If you would like to change your order, please arrive at the theatre early and speak with the team member at the online pick-up counter who will be happy to help. If you’d rather change your order ahead of time, please see below for instructions on refunding your order. You can then place a new order with your desired items.
Q:What is the refund policy for online concessions?
A: At this time, you must refund both your movie tickets and your online concessions order. Refunds for only your concessions are not available, however you may repurchase your movie tickets after processing the refund. Once the showtime for your movie tickets has passed, your order is not refundable. If your showtime has not passed, you can request a refund by providing the email address associated with your ticket purchase and the last 4 digits of your credit card or gift card used to make the purchase. In the unusual situation that a show is cancelled, you will be entitled to a refund for the full purchase price of your tickets and online concessions order, including any service charges. If you have any questions, pleasecontact us.
Refund Processing Information: Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect on your bank account. Refunds conducted on the same date of the transaction will be voided and the original pending charge will fall off the applicable account in up to 5-7 business days.
